Nahunta – Timothy Martin “Roadhog” Lane, 36, of Nahunta passed away Thursday morning (December 25, 2025) from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born in Waycross, GA his parents are Sheila Miller Wainright and the late Joseph Leroy Lane, Sr. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Lane.
Roadhog was a heavy equipment operator for Rowland Land Clearing and loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved fishing, hunting for arrow heads, singing (better known as making up his own lyrics) and telling jokes.
Survivors include his son, Kolt Martin McNabb of Nahunta; his mother, Sheila Wainright (Mike Walker) of Nahunta; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph Leroy Lane, Jr. (Alisha) of Nahunta; sister, Nikki Lane of Nahunta; his nieces and nephews, Daisy Wainright, Madison Lane, Kaitlyn Lane, Everley Lane, Berklee Rowell, Taylor Ralph, Perry Wainright, Blake Lane and Rhett Rowell; 2 special friends, Karen Moody and Kerriann Rowell; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday (December 27, 2025) from 9:30-10am at New Hope Cemetery.
A graveside service will be held Saturday (December 27, 2025) at 10am at New Hope Cemetery with Rev. Randy Wainright officiating.
Pallbearers will be Kerriann Rowell, Matt Stone, Blake Lane, Billy Lowman, Jesse Lee Horton and Jermey Crews. Honorary pallbearers will be Rowland Land Clearing.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
