St. Mary’s - Thomas Denison left this world on August 16, 2023 and left a big hole in the hearts of his loved ones. We find it hard to think of navigating this world without him. He was a quiet man most of the time, unless you called/visited him on a “good” day. He never showed much emotion, but he was who he was and we all knew this about him. He loved us all no matter how he showed it and it is certainly an inherited trait for some of the kids/grandkids. He loved to fish with his brother, Ellis and grandson, Dylan. He wouldn’t let his daughter, Donna go because the drive was way too far for her even though she promised not to talk and not get on his nerves, haha. He always had to be home to watch the races and used that as an excuse to leave every family gathering. He loved to “collect” things and purchased multiple items he ordered from “QVC”. He was a unique man to say the least and he will be deeply missed. We love you Daddy, Papa, Papa Thomas.
Born in Jesup, GA his parents were Melvin Denison and Carrie Thornton Denison. He was also preceded in death by 2 grandsons, Christian Cunningham and Sean Nelson; and a great grandson, Gatlin Robles.
