Tammy Renee Herrin

Nahunta – Tammy Renee Herrin, 52, of Nahunta passed away Thursday morning (March 14, 2024) at her residence after an extended illness.

Born in Folkston, GA her parents are Donald Herrin, Sr. (Sybil) of Nahunta and Judy Griffin of Hoboken. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Miller.

Tammy was a nurse for Folkston Park Health and Rehab and a member of Riverside Chapel Baptist Church. She loved going to the beach and fishing.

Survivors include 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Darren Miller (Sheriee) of Nahunta and Jordon Miller (Kasey) of St. Marys; a granddaughter, Paige; her parents, Donald & Sybil Herrin, Sr. of Nahunta; her mom, Judy Griffin of Hoboken; a brother & sister-in-law, Donald “Donnie” Herrin, Jr. (Ronda) of Nahunta; a nephew, Shannon Herrin; a niece, Marina Gilley (Shea); 2 great nephews, Kaden Gilley and Weston Gilley; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (March 16, 2024) at 10AM at Riverside Chapel Baptist Church. A Private burial will be held at a later time.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
