Hortense – Steven K. Gale, 74, of Hortense passed away Friday morning (April 12, 2024) at his residence following an extended illness.

Born in Queens, NY his parents were Charles Harold Gale and Melva Kast Gale. He is also preceded by 2 brothers, Roger Gale and David Gale; aunt, Dorothy Gale Estrow; niece, Amanda Gale; nephew, Paul Gale; Cousin, Roy Estrow.

Steven worked for Ray Ware Hardware as a hardware salesman. He loved fishing and cowboy action shooting.

Survivors include 3 nephews, Charles Gale (Julie) of Hortense, Ryan Gale of MN, David Alan Gale (Marie) of Bellview, FL; 3 nieces, Jenny (Marty), Ronnie (Jim), Vickie (Kaare) all of MN; sister-in-law, Dorothy Gale of Mn; cousin, Fern Gale Estrow (Carl) of NY; also several other great nieces, great nephews other relatives and a host of friends,
