Steven Aubrey Farmer

Nahunta – Steven Aubrey Farmer, 57, of Nahunta passed away Wednesday afternoon (May 29, 2019) at his residence after an extended illness.

Born in Douglasville, GA his parents are Helen Sinyard Farmer of Perkins, GA and the late Aubrey Lynn Farmer. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Gail Farmer; a son, Justin Farmer; a niece, Amanda Leigh Hammoch; and a brother, Stanley Farmer.

Steven was a carpenter who loved doing carpentry work and fishing.

Survivors include 4 daughters and a son-in-law, Jessica Farmer of Effingham Co, GA, Carmalita Kennedy of Nahunta, Kristy & David Jones of Nahunta, and Crystal Farmer; 7 grandchildren, Justin Wade Farmer, Jr., Katlyn Marie Farmer, Angelica Rose Farmer, Bridgette Nichole Farmer, Joshua Mullis, Tripp Carter, and Brenda Farmer; his mother, Helen Farmer of Perkins, GA; 4 sisters and their spouses, Cindy Jackson of Nahunta, Charlotte Holcomb of North Carolina, Audra Edwards (Scott) of Albany, GA, and Tressa Brown (Toby Morris) of Perkins, GA; and also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
