Ronald Mannie Guy

Nahunta- Ronald Mannie Guy, 80 of Nahunta, passed away early Monday morning (July 3, 2023) at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville.

Born in Folkston, GA., his parents were Mannie Talmadge Guy and Mildred Harrelson Guy. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Marsha Thornton Guy; a brother, Wayne Guy; 3 sisters, Talmadge Griner, Linda Chancey, and Pat Ann Blount.

Ronald worked many years as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include, his son and daughter-in-law, Eric Ganey (Kelly), of Folkston; three grandchildren, Ethan Ganey, Lex Ganey, and Luke Collins; 2 great grandchildren, Cori Taylor and Caynan Collins. Also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
