Rodney Paul Taylor

Nahunta - Rodney Paul Taylor, 73, of Nahunta died Friday morning (February 6, 2015) at Bayview Nursing Home after an extended illness. Born in Arlington, TX his parents were Vern Forrest and Eleanor Genevieve Taylor. Rodney loved being with his family and doing woodwork. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Forrest & Lauren Taylor of Dallas, TX; 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Kibrie & Joey Saunds of Nahunta, Brittany Taylor of Scottsdale, AZ, Nickie & Douglas Steele of Nahunta and Crystal Stephens of Dallas, TX; 8 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Jeff Taylor of Colorado and Dean Taylor of South Carolina; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held Thursday (February 12, 2015) at 5PM at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Johns officiating. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
