Robert Bruce Westberry

Hoboken – Robert “Bruce” Westberry, 44 of Hoboken passed away Monday morning (September 28, 2026) at his residence.

Born in Blackshear, GA his parents were the late Daniel Westberry and Annette Harris Westberry. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bay and Louise Harris; his paternal grandparents, Hayden and Annie Westberry; his uncle Danny Harris and his aunt Marlene Crews. Bruce worked in maintenance for Varn Wood Products and was a member of Oakhill Baptist Church. He loved fishing, watching wrestling, but most of all he loved spending time with his children and his family.

Survivors include his 4 sons and a daughter-in-law, Johnny Westberry of Hoboken, Jonathon Westberry (Savannah) of Hortense, Sean Westberry of Hoboken, and Bryan Westberry of Hoboken; 1 daughter , Ashlynn Westberry of Hoboken; his mother, Annette Westberry; 1 brother and sister-in-law, Richard Westberry ( Sandra) of Hoboken; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday (September 29, 2026) from 6-8 PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday morning (September 30, 2026) at 11AM at Oakhill Baptist Church in Brantley Co.

Burial will follow in High Bluff Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Duncan, Baylon Brown, Dylan Horne, Blake Brockington, Taylor Tallevast, and Tyler Mikel.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
