Rachel Hazel Morano

Brunswick – Rachel Hazel Crawford Morano, 60, of Brunswick passed away Tuesday (January 7, 2025) in Brunswick.

Born in Brunswick, GA her parents were Lewis Jearil Crawford and Hazel Rachel Drawdy Wagers. She is also preceded in death by a sister, Helen Crawford.

Rachel was a homemaker who enjoyed painting.

Survivors include her 2 sons, Scottie Crawford and Chris Thomas of Brunswick; several grandchildren; 3 sisters and a brother-in-law, Linda Heath of Jesup, Kathy Brockway of Luthersville, and Donna Chasteen (Tony) of Brunswick; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Jearil Crawford (Melinda) of Panama City, FL and Mike Crawford (Sue) of Great Falls, MT; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
