Blackshear – Penny Sue Kersey Elliott, 57, of Blackshear passed away Friday morning (January 17, 2020) at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah after a brief illness.
There will be no services at this time.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
