Paul Ernest Kelly

Hortense – Paul Ernest Kelly, 73, of Hortense passed away Friday afternoon (November 14, 2025) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick after an extended illness.

Born in Brunswick, GA his parents were Spencer Felder Kelly and Letha Loree Daniels Kelly. He is also preceded in death by is wife, Terry Jayne Walker Kelly; a sister, Letha Brockington Cunningham; and a brother, Chester Kelly.

Paul was a truck driver for many years before becoming the plant manager for Mobile Concrete, Inc. He loved fishing and watching NASCAR.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly Duplisea (David) of Palmyra, ME; a son, Chris Kelly of Hortense; 2 grandchildren, Ashley Wright and Alicia Joslin; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy Brockington Aspinwall (Burnice) of Jesup; 2 nieces, Sharon Aspinwall and Elaine  Aspinwall Miller (Charles); a nephew, Eric Drury (Jodi) of Hortense; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.
