Hortense- Patricia Rapiey, 62, of Hortense died Tuesday evening (October 27, 2015) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick after a brief illness. Born in Cleveland, Ohio her parents were Philip and Ellen Vargus Alestri. Patricia was a homemaker for many years. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
