Nephi Alexander Clark

Waynesville – Nephi Alexander Clark, 40, of Waynesville passed away early Tuesday morning (August 19, 2025).

Born in Brunswick, GA his parents are Rex Clark of White Oak and the late Brenda Johnson Clark.

Nephi worked in construction and loved his mama, spending time with his family and friends and anyone who knew him loved him and always had great things to say about him. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, buggy’s and spending time at the river especially riding in a boat.

Survivors include his son, Eli Clark; the mother of his child, Beth Mobley; 2 step children, AJ Smith and Haley Smith; his father, Rex Clark; a brother, Rex “Brother” Clark, Jr.; a sister, Rebecca Cox; 5 nieces and nephews, Trey Clark, Logan Norfleet, Christopher Clark, Cassandra Cox and Kyle Cox; a great nephew, Oliver Webb; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday evening (August 22,2025) at 6:30pm at Hopewell Baptist Church, 4890 Post Rd Hortense, GA 31543.
