Michael Joseph Simon

Michael Joseph Simon, 62 of Nahunta, GA died Sunday at his residence following a lengthy illness. Born in Philadelphia, PA, his parents were Rene and Blanche Ashbridge Simon. He is also, preceded by a sister, Irene Taylor. He had served in the United States Army in Special Forces as a Green Beret. He was a Supervisor for a Scaffold manufacturing company. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Linda Simon of Nahunta, GA; 2 Daughters, Rene Yeck of South Carolina and Jennifer Simon of Oklahoma; a Son, Todd Simon of New Jersey; 5 Grandchildren; 2 sisters, Barbara Morrow and Claire Reynolds of New Jersey; 2 Brothers, Lee Simon of New Jersey and Tom Simon of Virginia.
