Marga "Margie" Ann Merchant

Waycross- Marga Ann "Margie" Merchant, 75 of Waycross, passed away suddenly Wednesday (November 10,2021) at Memorial Satilla Health, in Waycross.

She was the daughter of John and Gladys Tillman. Marga was also preceded in death by her two siblings, Wynel Dyal and James Tillman.

Marga was a life long resident of Waycross,Ga.

She is survived by her 2 sons Allen Ard (Eileen)and Jerry Merchant as well as her 3 daughters. Debora Crews (Aaron) ,Laura Merchant, & Michelle Fredrick(Joe) She had 8 Grandchildren. Eric (Sara) and James Crews(Destiny). Carla Fitch(Josh) ,Allyson Ard (Oliver), Amanda Nichols(Micheal), and Christopher(Lillie), Miranda(Jared), and Caleb Fredrick(Kasey) . She also had several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews as well her sister Ruth Tillman Scurry (Julian).

Memorial Service will be held Wednesday (November 17, 2021) at 3:30PM in Waresboro Cemetery.

Family will be receiving friends following the service at their residence; 817 Dewitt St. Waycross, GA 31503

She will be cremated and placed with her late husband William Merchant in Florence South Carolina as well as with her Twin sons Wesley and Lesley Ard at Waresboro Cemetery.
