Linda G Rowell

Sardis, GA-Linda Gale Jacobs Rowell, 67 of Sardis, GA., passed away Sunday (September 6, 2015) at Burke Medical Center following an extended illness. Born in Nahunta, GA., her parents were Eddie Jacobs and Margaret Moody Jacobs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Rowell; and a brother, Cecil Jacobs. Linda was a homemaker and a member of Sardis Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching TV. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dewayne David Jacobs (Cathy), of Nahunta; two grandchildren, Victoria Ann Jacobs and Dennis Dewayne Jacobs; a brother and sister-in-law, Samuel David Jacobs (Arlene), of Nahunta; a sister and brother-in-law, Betty Sue O'Berry (Wayne), of Wray, GA; and a niece, Natalie Jacobs. Also several other relatives. A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon(September 26, 2015)at 2pm at Rob Lewis Cemetery. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
