Karen Moore Highsmith

Yulee, FL – Karen Moore Highsmith, 57, of Yulee, Fl. passed away Monday morning (February 13, 2023) .

Her parents were Leroy Moore and Peggy Douberly Moore . She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Moore; a sister, Leisa Douberly; 2 brothers, George Moore and Benny Moore.

Karen loved her kids and grandkids very much. That was her life. Karen was a very loving and giving person that would do anything for you.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Aaron Highsmith (Hannah) of Callahan, Fl.; a daughter and son-in-law, Kayle Yarbrough (Todd) of Yulee, Fl.; 4 grandchildren, Bailey Parkinson, Emily Yarbrough, Peighton Yarbrough, and Ace Daniel Highsmith; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, John Moore (Lynette ) and Stanley Moore (Roxanne) both of Nahunta; a sister, Leisa Lynette Moore. Also several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles other relatives and a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
