Judy Glenda Faye Hickox

March 29, 1942 — February 11, 2018

Judy Glenda Faye Carter Hickox, 75 of Odum, passed away Sunday (February 11, 2018) at Memorial Hospital in Savannah following an extended illness.

Born in Blackshear, GA., her parents were Osborne Carter and Molly Jordan Carter. She was also preceded in death by a baby boy; a baby girl; a brother, Tommy Carter; and a sister, Jackie Campbell.

Judy was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, horse riding, sewing, and loved her family.

Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Gerald L. Hickox, of Odum; a daughter and son-in-law, Lana Kelly (Ronny), of Brantley Co.; 3 grandchildren, Meghan Fullard, Brittni Vaughn, and Cody Kelly; 2 great grandchildren, Kynli Flowers and Eli Fullard. Also several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening (February 13, 2018) from 6PM-9PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday (February 14, 2018) at 11AM at Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Cliff Adams, Bro. Liston Wainright, and Rev. Charles Chancey officiating.

Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Levi Johns, Tyler Johns, Cody Kelly, Craig Turner, Ronny Kelly, and David McKenzie.

Family and pallbearers are asked to meet at the Church Wednesday by 10:30AM.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
