Janice Lee Rozier

August 25, 1955 — October 5, 2020

Janice Lee Rozier, 65, of Brunswick passed away Monday morning (October 5, 2020) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick after an extended illness.

Born in Waycross, GA her parents were Foss Rozier and Willa Davis Rozier. She is also preceded in death by 2 brothers, James Pellicer and Van Pellicer; and a sister, Connie Pellicer.

Janice was a retired LPN and loved and adored her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, swimming and fishing.

Survivors include her son, James Gill of Brunswick; 2 daughters, Brandie Howe (Josh) and Amanda Rozier both of Brunswick; 5 grandchildren, Destiney Curry, Seth Wainright, Marriah Rozier, Lily Minton, and T.J. King; 4 great grandchildren, Annalise Curry, Liam Curry, Dawson Curry, and Elara Wainright; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard “Big Rick” Rozier (Diane Lehmann) of St. Augustine, FL, Bruce Pellicer (Shelia) of Interlachen, FL and Greg Rozier of Bayard, FL; a sister and brother-in-law, Debby Hickox (Bill) of Jesup, GA; a special niece, Rachel Rozier of Tampa, FL; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family asked that you follow the rules for social distancing. Also, if anyone who does not feel comfortable with attending the services, the family understands and ask you to be in prayer for our loved ones.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Saturday (October 10, 2020) starting at 10am at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A funeral service will be held Saturday morning (October 10, 2020) at 11am at the chapel of Frye Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Buddy Howe, James Gill, Seth Wainright, Josh Joyner, Rick Rozier, Mike Swafford, Fred Blair, and Gene Wainright.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
