Frances Inez Padgett

Hortense – Frances Inez Daigneau Padgett, 76, of Hortense passed away early Saturday morning (June 19, 2021) at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick after an extended illness.
Born in Miami, FL her parents were Clyde Henry Daigneau and Delevenia Jane Granger Sands. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Sands.
Frances was a homemaker and loved her dog and getting on Facebook.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kelly & Richy Strickland of Hortense; a son, James Abril Padgett; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Carol Griffin of Texas and Velma Vaughn of Alabama; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
