Elvin Lavelle Johns

Elvin Lavelle Johns, 73 of Folkston, passed away Tuesday morning (February 2, 2016) at Folkston Park Nursing Home, following an extended illness.

Born in Brunswick, GA., his parents were Elvin Ruail Johns and Lucille Wainright Johns. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Willie Joe Johns.

Survivors include his sister, Charlotte Johns Lee, of Hoboken; and his brother, Clifford Johns, of Nahunta. He also had several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday (February 4, 2016) at 11AM at Bethlehem Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Johns officiating. Visitation will be held thirty minutes prior to the service, from 10:30AM-11AM.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
