Debra Tibbetts

Debra Sue “Debbie” Rowlan” Tibbetts ,46, of Waynesville, passed away at her residence (March 1,2017). Born in Hilliard , Fl., her parents were Clarence Linnard and Katherine Louise Wingate Rowlan. She is also preceded by her husband, Steven Tibbetts. Debbie was a homemaker and loved coloring and doing puzzles. She is survived by 3 sons, Robert Rowlan, Nathan Keene, and Gerald Keene, Jr. all of Waynesville. 1 Grandson, Morgan Rowlan and an aunt and her spouse, Aunt JoAnn Thomas (Charles) of Waynesville. Also several other aunts, uncles and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
