Darryl Everett Strickland

Brunswick- Darryl Everett Strickland, 52 of Brunswick, passed away Thursday (December 29, 2016) at his residence following a brief illness.

Born in Waynesville, GA his parents were Mack Strickland and Geraldine Harris Strickland. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Terry, Charles, and Billy Strickland.

Darryl was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed playing pool, riding four wheelers and spending time with his family. He worked many years in construction for Tollison Home Maintenance.

Survivors include his son, Levi Strickland (Alena Barr), of Brunswick; 5 grandchildren, Isabella Barr, Carson, Cayden, Brayden, and Blake Strickland; mother of his son, Terri Lynn Bullard, of Brunswick; his brother, Derrick Strickland, of Lulaton; his sister-in-law, Ruth Strickland, of Lulaton; his niece, Susan Strickland Wainright, of Hickox; two nephews, William Strickland, of Lulaton, and Jesse Strickland (Melanie), of Hickox; his cousins, Justin Strickland, and Ceegee Strickland, both of Hoboken; and his best friends, Jerome and Ladonda Tollison, of Brunswick. Also several other relatives and friends.
