Monticello, FL-Danny Ray Lee, 51 of Monticello, FL, passed away Monday morning (March 25, 2013) at his residence. Born in Savannah, GA. His parents were Charles Edward Lee and Inez Driskell Rozier. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Dort Lee; and a step-son, Louie Dort; and a brother, Edward Lee.Danny was of the Methodist Faith, and worked as a Construction Laborer. He loved Nascar, carpentry, country music, and the Rambling Wreck from Georgia Tech. Survivors include his significant other, Dorothy "Marie" Jackson; 3 step-children, Lola Dort and Josh Michaud, Ashley Dort, and Amber Dort, all of Wyoming; several grandchildren;2 brothers, Kelvin Driskell, of Waynesville, and Lonnie Lee, of South Carolina; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Janice and Mikey Crews, of Waynesville, and Aileen Rozier, of Nahunta. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday (March 28, 2013) at 11AM at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery with Rev. Emory Wilson officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service.
