Claudia Simmons Thrower, 68 of Hortense, passed away Saturday (December 16, 2017) at St. Vincent Medical Center Riverside, in Jacksonville, following a brief illness.
No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Riverside Chapel Baptist Church; 1998 Riverside Rd. Nahunta, GA 31553.
Arrangements are with Frye funeral Home, Nahunta.
