Carl Morgan Niece

Nahunta- Carl Morgan Niece, 61 of Nahunta, passed away Tuesday morning (August 27, 2024) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.

Born in Toledo, OH., his parents were Andrew Niece, Sr. and Alice Marie Dotson Niece. He was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, James Bryden Glover and Si Otis Carter; his brother, Andrew Niece, Jr.; and three sisters, Nannie Lou Gibson, Teresa Ann Deirth and Beulah Mae Niece.

Carl worked many years as a Carpenter. He loved playing guitar, riding his motorcycle, cooking and loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Angie Wilkerson Niece, of Nahunta; three children, Jessica Carter (Stefan), of Atkinson, Crystal Niece, of Nahunta and Richard Davis, of Hickox; five grandchildren, Skyler Byrd (Hannah Hendrix), Saybree Niece, Asher Niece, Judson Carter, Korban Carter; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Ted Niece (Karen), of Nahunta, Johnny Niece (Lynn), also of Nahunta, James Niece (Karen), of Fredericksburg, IN. and Bennie Niece (Jennifer), of Salem, IN.; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Charlene Martin (Timmy), of Pekin, IN., Alice Marie Niece, of Nahunta and Darlene Niece, of Fredericksburg, IN.; also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
