Benny Mitchell Willis

Nahunta – Benny Mitchell Willis, 64, of Nahunta passed away Wednesday evening (December 27, 2023) at Memorial Satilla Health after a brief illness.

Born in Brunswick, GA his parents were Sanford Thomas Willis and Sue Ann Edwards Willis.

Benny was a lineman for Georgia Power and loved hunting, fishing and watching sports.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Blake Willis (Jenny) of Waynesville; a sister, Sandra Brinson of Panama City, FL; nieces and nephews, Kasi Laine Jackson of Panama City, FL, Abby Weslyn Willis, Nathan Willis and Joel Willis all of Waynesville; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday morning (December 30, 2023) from 10am- 12pm at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
