Barbara Anne Roberson

Hortense – Barbara Anne Roberson, 65, of Hortense passed away Wednesday (March 18, 2020) at Harborview Health Care in Jesup after an extended illness.

Born in Jesup, GA her parents were Virgil Roberson and Dorothy Crawford Roberson.

Barbara was a medical transcriptionist and enjoyed sewing, crafting and cooking.

Survivors include her 2 sons, Jeremy Mize of Riceboro, GA and Justin Mize (Jasmyn Zavisho) of Gum Branch, GA; 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Jr. (Jennifer), Kayla, Tyler, Libby, Drew, and Jalynn; a sister and brother-in-law, Wanda Brauda (Charles) of Hortense; a brother and sister-in-law, Mike Roberson (Connie) of Moultrie, GA; and also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Friday evening (March 20, 2020) from 6pm – 8pm at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A graveside service will be held Saturday morning (March 21, 2020) at 11AM at Raulerson Cemetery with Rev. Stanley Todd officiating.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
