Angela Carter Rogers

Angela Carter Rogers, 60 of Waverly, passed away Sunday (April 25, 2021) at her residence.

Born in St. Mary’s, her parents were Clarence Carter and Winnie Lee Clark Carter. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Glenn Carter, Thomas Carter, and Timothy Carter; and 1 sister, Melinda Briggs.

Angela worked many years as a Security Guard on the Emerald Princess. She loved horses, 4 wheelers, crafts, fishing and gardening.

Survivors include her brother and his partner, David Carter (Joey), of Brunswick; sister, Anita Chandler, of Waverly; and her sister-in-law, Gwen Carter. Also several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday evening (April 30, 2021) from 6PM-8PM at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
