Nina Mae Crews

Nina Mae Lloyd Crews, 92, of the Riverside Community died Thursday morning (Dec. 17, 2009) at BayView Nursing Home following a lengthy illness. Born in Boulogne, FL, her parents were Thomas and Ella Lloyd. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Willie L. Crews; a granddaughters, Ponda Loree Crews and a daughter Linda Ruth Crews Drury. She was homemaker, who enjoyed cooking and raising her family and was a member of The Riverside Chapel Baptist Church. She is survived her Son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Ann Crews of Nahunta; 3 Grandsons and their wives, Charles L. Crews, Jr. and Lori Crews of Destin Beach, FL, Craig M. and Renee Crews of Nahunta, and Ryan N. and Lisa Crews of Nahunta; 9 Great Grandchildren, Brooke, James, Maryanna and Shekinah Amos, Bailey Crews, Madison, Abby , Dalton and Nicholas Crews. Also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be Saturday evening starting at 6 p.m. at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta. Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon (Dec. 20, 2009) at 2 p.m. from the Riverside Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Wainright and Rev. Cliff Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, GA. Pallbearers will be Wallace Crews, Jimmy Myers, Marty Crews, John Zierjack, Joe Haddock and Hugh Haddock.
