Middleburg, FL-Nicky Tyrone Chesser, 63 of Middleburg, FL, passed away Saturday (March 15, 2014). Born in Jacksonville, Fl, his parents are Aline Moore Chesser and the late Benjamin Franklin Chesser. Nicky served in the United States National Guard, and was a Supervisor for South East Toyota District. He attended Franklin Street Baptist Church and loved golf, boating, motorcycles, and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Evelise DeJesus Chesser, of Middleburg, FL.; 5 children, Tyrone Chesser, of Jacksonville, Matthew Chesser (Cassandra), of Jacksonville, Nicolas Chesser, of Jacksonville, Franklin Chesser, of Middleburg, Alexsa Chesser, of Middleburg; 7 grandchildren; his mother, Aline Moore Chesser; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Steve Franklin Chesser (Pat), of King's Port, TN, and Jay Allen Chesser, of Jacksonville; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Joy Knight (Jim), of Jacksonville, Brenda Horne (James), of Palm City, FL.; Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday morning (March 20, 2014) at 11AM at 2521 Franklin Street Baptist Church, in Jacksonville, FL with Rev. Terry Gore, Rev. James Horne, and Nicolas Curry officiating. A Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church starting at 10 AM. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at 3 PM. Pallbearers will be Matthew Chesser, Nicolas Chesser, Franklin Chesser, Jason Ricks, Bruce McGee, and James Prescott. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
