Estelle Partin

Lilburn, GA-Mary Estelle Strickland Partin, 95 of Lilburn, GA passed away Tuesday (November 10, 2015) at her residence following an extended illness. Born in Hortense, GA, her parents were James Causey Strickland and Winnie Adams Strickland. She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenis Strickland Partin; and several brothers and sisters. Estelle worked many years as a Bailiff for Duval County Court, where she retired. She attended Twin Rivers Missionary Baptist Church and loved reading and sports,Ice Hockey was her favorite. Survivors include her daughter, Kaye Gunter, of Lilburn, GA; 5 grandchildren, Michael Benton Gunter (Ashleigh), of Portland, OR., Kelly Kaye Gunter, of Lilburn, GA., Kennis Scott Partin, of Jacksonville, James Nathan Partin (Lindsey), of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL., William Gregory Partin, of Jacksonville; 7 great grand children, Benton Taylor Gunter and Evan Michael Gunter, of Portland, OR., Haley Camille Partin, James Strickland Partin, and Brooklyn Kerr Partin, all of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL., Kameron Scott Partin and Brayden James Partin, both of Jacksonville. Also numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday (November 14, 2015) at 12PM at Twin Rivers Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tim Rowell and Rev. Ashley Corbett officiating. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service, at the cemetery. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
