Dorothy Raulerson Tolbert

Waverly - Dorothy Raulerson Tolbert, 57 of Waverly, passed away suddenly Friday morning (May 6, 2016) at Southeast Georgia Health System.

Born in Brunswick, GA., her parents were Perry and Melrose Blackburn Raulerson. She is also preceded in death by her husband, David Tolbert and her grandson Oliver Daniels.

Dorothy was a home maker and a member of Marshes of Glynn Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and her family. She was a very giving and selfless person.

Survivors include her 2 sons and a daughter-in-law; Perry Joe Daniels of Waverly, and Joseph and Jamie Daniels of Brunswick; 2 daughters and a son-in-law; Ila Sue Daniels (Ron) of Brunswick, and Rosemary and Ben Gibbs of North Carolina; 4 grandchildren; Jesse and April Peterson, Joseph Evans, Nathan Daniels, and Bryson Daniels; 2 great grandchildren and one on the way; Dixie Lynn Peterson, Remington Wade Peterson, and Mia Star Peterson; 2 sisters and their spouses; Mary and Bill Williams of Hoboken, and Debra and Leon Adams of Brunswick. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will be holding a memorial service on Wednesday (May 11, 2016) at 10:00 AM at the Marshes of Glynn Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to help with cost of service.
